Paul Crowe currently serves as the Compliance Officer Packaging at Midocean, starting in September 2023, focusing on compliance with evolving packaging legislation and supporting sustainability initiatives. Prior to this, Paul spent nearly two decades at The Kraft Heinz Company from September 2004 to August 2023, where roles included Associate Packaging Technologist, Works Council Chairman, and various other positions related to packaging technology, quality inspection, and laboratory analysis. Paul has been instrumental in negotiating with management, representing employee interests, and driving sustainability projects. Educational background includes a degree in Packaging Technology from Nederlands Verpakkings Centrum and studies in art and film from several institutions. Earlier career roles included a Security Guard at Betuwe Security and a Projectionist at JT Bioscopen.
