Ben Reynolds has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ben started their career as a Civil Engineer at Sekisui Rib Loc Australia, where they automated design processes and contributed to research and development initiatives. Ben then worked at Merivale as an Assistant Manager while completing their Masters in Project Management. During this time, they managed large-scale bars, prepared financial reports, and implemented customer experience improvements.

After that, they joined Brookfield Multiplex as a Civil Engineer, where they developed tools for contractual analysis and automated project scheduling spreadsheets. Ben also had responsibilities for safety and quality management on site.

Ben later joined Healius Limited and held various roles, including Business Analyst, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Program Management Office Lead, and National Manager - Projects. In these positions, they led significant projects, managed property development programs, established and led a Program Management Office, negotiated commercial agreements, and built strong relationships with strategic partners. Ben also conducted detailed analysis and modelling, established new business units, functioned as a Product Owner, and performed data analysis to support strategic decisions.

Currently, Ben works at Midnight Health as a Senior Product Manager. Midnight Health is an innovative Australian healthtech company offering a range of online healthcare services. Ben contributes to creating simple and convenient healthcare experiences for Australians through the company's patient-centric digital platform.

Ben Reynolds completed their Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Civil Engineering from the University of Canterbury from 2005 to 2009. Ben later pursued their Master of Engineering Science in Project Management at UNSW from 2012 to 2013.
