Mithuna Rajamithiran has extensive experience in the transportation and logistics industry, currently serving as Dispatch Manager at Midland Transport since May 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing shift preparations, monitoring calls, supervising and training staff, and ensuring KPI goals are met. Prior roles at Midland Transport encompass Dock Supervisor, Junior Dispatcher, and Administrative Clerk, which involved staff guidance, operation management, and customer communication.
