Mattocks is the Vice President over sales, construction, transportation and the waste division at Midland Equipment Finance. With 27 years of industry experience, Mattocks has the skills and knowledge necessary to help the company succeed.

Mattocks most recently served as the Construction, Transportation and Waste Division Sales Manager of Scottrade Bank Equipment Finance, a division of Scottrade Bank. Before Midland and Scottrade, Bill served as Senior Vice President and Program Manager for Sumitomo Mitsui Finance and Leasing (SMFL) as well aa National Program and Sales Manager for Bank of the West Equipment Finance, and similar managerial positions at JCB and Astec manufacturing firms. He received a B.S. in Economics from Clemson University.
