In February 2009, Stephen Bowerman was appointed Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Midland Memorial Hospital.

Stephen started his career in 1999 at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa and served in many capacities for six years before his move to Odessa Regional Medical Center where he started as a Controller for one year and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer there in 2007.

Stephen, a native of Kermit, Texas, attended West Texas A&M University in Canyon, TX graduating with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. He received his Masters degree in Business Administration from Texas Tech in 2012.
