Paul Bretton possesses extensive experience in network and telecommunications management, currently serving as the Director of Network & Telecom at Midland Credit Management, an Encore Capital Group Company. Previously, Paul held the position of Sr. Director of Network Services at FICOâ„¢, overseeing operations, engineering, and telecom functions. Additional roles include Senior Manager of Core Network Operations and Network Build at Intuit, as well as Network Engineer at Chipsoft and Network Technician/Engineer at Valcom / Micro Help of San Diego. Paul is pursuing specialized education in High Potential Leadership Development with a focus on Fast Path II and Fast Path 1 programs since 2013 and 2010 respectively.
