Joan Bukowski has extensive experience in education and care services, currently serving as a Post Secondary Teacher at Midland County Educational Service Agency since August 2018. Prior to this role, Joan worked as a Teacher specializing in Special Education at BCPS from August 2008 to August 2018 and has been involved with Samaritas as a Direct Care provider since December 1999. Additional experience includes positions as a Patient Care Technician at MidMichigan Health and as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Midmichigan Stratford Village. Joan holds a Master of Education in Special Education and Teaching, a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from Saginaw Valley State University, and an Associate of Arts from Delta College.
