Thomas Dougherty is an experienced supply chain professional with a career spanning over two decades and a proven history of managing and optimizing supply chain operations in various industries. Currently serving as Supply Chain Manager at The Middleby Corporation since 2018, Thomas oversees purchasing, warehousing, shipping, and receiving processes while supporting new production line launches. Previously held roles include Supply Chain Manager at ABB and Materials and Planning Manager at Severn Trent, where notable accomplishments included significant inventory reductions and successful Lean Manufacturing implementations. Thomas has also served as a Senior Materials Planner and held various positions at Ford Motor Company, demonstrating expertise in materials planning, production scheduling, and vendor management. Thomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Arcadia University and completed training at the Lean Learning Center.
