Mike C. is an experienced professional in the commercial kitchen equipment industry, currently serving as President of C - Soap since January 2021. Mike has a lengthy tenure as CEO of CSI - Coker Service, Inc. since October 1984 and is a founding sponsor of Chicago Gourmet since September 2007. Additional roles include sponsorship of the ProStart Program and involvement with various organizations such as the Illinois Restaurant Association Educational Foundation as a Gold Sponsor. Mike holds several titles within Welbilt Inc. and Middleby Corporation, reflecting a strong commitment to industry associations, including CFESA and CFESA's Elite ASA.
