Sara Granstrom is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Finance Manager at Middlebury Natural Foods Co-Op since May 2023. Prior to this role, Sara was the Controller at Aqua ViTea, overseeing financial operations and ensuring GAAP compliance from July 2021 to April 2023. Sara has also held positions as Director of Finance & Process Improvement at Bristol Bakery & Cafe, Inc., and Operations Manager at Lincoln Peak Vineyard, where skills in financial management, strategic planning, and team leadership were developed. Additional experience includes teaching math at Red Cedar School and various roles in the outdoor and winery sectors. Sara is pursuing a Certificate in Accounting at Champlain College, building on a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Middlebury College.
