Denise Miller serves as Managing Counsel at Middle Tennessee Electric Membership Corporation, providing legal advice, drafting corporate governance documents, and overseeing outside counsel since September 2014. Previously, Denise held the position of Director of Land Transactions for the State of Tennessee, managing real property acquisition, legal reviews, and a land agent team from January 2013 to September 2014. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Legal Affairs at Bristol Development Group, overseeing significant condominium development projects, and acting as a liaison to homeowner associations from August 2005 to July 2012. Additionally, Denise worked as an Affiliate Broker with Alliant Commercial Realty Services, focusing on retail and office property transactions from 2009 to 2012. Denise holds a J.D. from The University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy from Belmont University.
