Ditte Harder has extensive experience in vocational guidance and social work, currently serving as a Jobvejleder at Middelfart Kommune since January 2019, focusing on consultations related to CVs, job searching, upskilling, and education for insured unemployed individuals. Previous roles include Virksomhedskonsulent for sick leave development processes and multiple positions as a job consultant and educator across various organizations, such as Specifik ApS and Team-Aktiv. Additionally, Ditte Harder has served as a Fleksjobambassadør at Fredericia Kommune and worked as a Socialrådgiver in both Odense and Assens Kommunes.
