Marta Coser has held various roles throughout their work experience. Marta started their career at Arte Laguna snc as a PM from July 2005 to July 2006. Marta then moved on to Galbani, where they worked as an Assistant Brand Manager Marketing from August 2006 to March 2008. Marta joined Gruppo Assimoco in April 2008 and served as sviluppo prodotti until June 2012. Marta later became a Technical Manager from June 2012 till January 2016, and then a Product Manager from January 2016 to June 2018. Since September 2018, Marta has been working at MIDA SB SpA as a Senior Consultant & Business Developer in Financial Services. Additionally, they hold their current role as the Principal which they started in January 2023.

Marta Coser completed their degree in economics from Ca Foscari Venezia in 2007. Later, from 2017 to 2019, they attended OTA Academy and obtained a degree in Organizational Transactional Analysis.
