Enzo Papalia is a senior consultant, experienced trainer, and partner at MIDA, the first Italian consultancy focused on behavioral transformation, empowerment, and HR consulting. Enzo has been with MIDA since 1996. Prior to this, Enzo served as a Direttore punto vendita at Gruppo Pam from 1993 to 1996, where Enzo focused on sales management and HR management. Enzo holds a Master's degree in Psychology of educational processes from the Università degli Studi di Milano, and a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy with a psychological focus from the Università degli Studi di Torino. Enzo is currently pursuing a specialization in analytical psychology at ARPA JUNG.
