Jim Kelly possesses extensive experience in information security and management, currently serving as the AVP and Information Security Officer at Samaritan Health Services since January 2006. Prior roles at Samaritan include Compliance Manager for Health Plans and Operations Manager. Previous experience includes serving as CFO at Catherine Freer Programs from February 1997 to December 2005, and as a Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton from January 1991 to December 1996, specializing in strategic and operations management consulting. Jim Kelly holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Oregon State University and a BA in History from Davidson College.
