Jose Guerrero is an experienced personnel and human resources manager with a robust background in employee administration, occupational health and safety, and organizational development. Currently serving as Personnel Manager at Mid-State Industrial Maintenance since November 2018, Jose has developed policies for employee management and safety protocols. Previously at DUSA, from March 2011 to January 2018, Jose excelled in roles including Human Resources Manager, where strategic initiatives for employee engagement and performance management were implemented. Earlier career experiences include an ergonomics internship at General Motors and a safety internship at Empresas Polar, both contributing to a diverse skill set in risk assessment and employee training. Jose holds a Management Training Program certificate from IESA and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from Universidad de Carabobo.
