Lee Ann Kile has extensive experience in the banking and retail sectors, currently serving as an Assistant Branch Manager at Mid Penn Bank since May 2015, with previous experience as a Teller II. Prior to this role, Lee Ann held various management positions at Deb Shops, Inc. from July 2000 to February 2015, including Store Manager and Co-manager, where responsibilities included hiring, training, and developing new and existing talent, as well as implementing strategies to enhance sales and operations. Lee Ann Kile earned an Associate degree in Legal Sciences from Schuylkill Institute of Business & Technology between 1998 and 2000, and completed a diploma at North Schuylkill High School from 1992 to 1998.
