Joan Dickinson is an experienced banking executive with a robust career spanning several roles at Mid Penn Bank since February 2013, currently serving as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Retail Officer. Past positions include EVP Chief Retail Officer, EVP Chief of Staff, Regional President, and Senior Vice President Commercial Loan Manager. Joan has also contributed to the Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers as a board member since July 2021. Previous experience includes roles at Sovereign Bank, First National Bank of Chester County, American Home Bank, N.A., and M&T Bank, among others. Joan holds an MBA in Business Administration from Lehigh University College of Business and a BA in Accounting from Moravian University. Additional community engagement includes board membership with the United Way of Carlisle and Cumberland County.
