Mike Luke has over 25 years of experience in operations and management within the food distribution and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Mid-Ohio Foodbank since November 2011, responsibilities include overseeing inventory, dry goods, perishable foods, transportation, food safety, operations cost analytics, volunteer operations, and supply chain execution. Previously, Mike held the position of Perishable Foods Manager at the same organization, and prior to that, worked as a Store Co-Manager at Hobby Lobby from June 2008 to November 2011, and as a Warehouse Supervisor at Aldi Foods, Inc. from October 1997 to February 2008. Mike possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from The Ohio State University earned between 1983 and 1988.
