Mike Schmitt Jr. serves as a Senior Territory Manager and National Field Sales Trainer at MicroSurgical Technology since March 2023, achieving 112% of quota in FY ’24 and earning multiple accolades including President’s Club and Rookie of the Year. Previously, Mike held key positions at Daniels Health, where as a Business Development Manager, Mike was responsible for Florida business development and achieved 220% of quota in 2022. Mike also worked at Cintas and Iron Mountain, excelling in sales and account management roles.
