Shirish Jajodia is a finance professional with extensive experience in treasury, investor relations, and investment banking. Currently serving as Vice President of Treasury and Investor Relations at MicroStrategy since October 2021, Shirish previously held the position of Director of Investor Relations at The AES Corporation and Associate Director at Rubicon Capital Advisors, focusing on renewable energy and infrastructure investment banking. Shirish also gained significant experience during a nearly nine-year tenure at Credit Suisse, providing advisory services in corporate strategy, M&A, and project finance across various sectors. Shirish holds a B.Tech. in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and has completed CFA Level 2 and FRM Level 1 certifications.
