Stacie Engler currently serves as the Head of Customer Experience for Viva Glint at Microsoft, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Stacie spent nearly five years at LinkedIn, advancing from Senior Manager to Head of Customer Success for Glint. Stacie's career began at Glint Inc., progressing from Project Manager to Manager of Customer Success. Stacie's extensive experience includes a tenure at IBM Kenexa as an Executive Program Manager for the Smarter Workforce initiative, along with roles that involved mentoring and managing complex survey projects. Stacie began the professional journey at the National Research Corporation as a Project Assistant. Stacie holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
