Pam Hembrow is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial benefits management. Currently serving as Director of Global Financial Benefits at Microsoft since March 2020, Pam has previously held positions including Retirement Benefits Manager and Retirement Services Analyst at Microsoft Corporation from April 2006 to November 2014. Pam's career also includes a role as Benefits Consultant at the University of Washington from October 2004 to April 2006 and as Benefits Analyst at Merrill Lynch/Howard Johnson & Co. from 1998 to 2004. Pam earned a degree from Penn State University.
