Maho Pacheco is an accomplished Software Engineer currently working at Microsoft since March 2018 within the Dev Crews - Commercial Software Engineering team. With a strong background in technical leadership and innovative project participation, Maho has led a notable hackathon project incorporating Semantic Kernel, OpenAI, and Azure DevOps. Prior to Microsoft, Maho held various positions including Software Engineer at CSE Engineering Services, where significant contributions included leading a critical data migration, and Software Architect at Softtek, where Maho successfully migrated terabytes of sensitive data to AWS S3 with zero downtime. Maho's extensive experience also encompasses roles at IBM, Coroin, and Innox, showcasing a breadth of skills across software development, architecture, and systems administration since graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Tepic.
