Jen Weigel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and operations across prominent companies, including Microsoft and Amazon. Previous roles at Amazon involved significant contributions to customer experience and legal entity expansion efforts. With a solid foundation in operations and engagement management from FindLaw and Kaiser Permanente, as well as a legal background as a Judicial Law Clerk and Adjunct Professor, Jen possesses a unique blend of skills in technical requirements translation, change management, and training.
