Andrew Ross is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and cloud solutions, currently serving as the Managing Director of the Modern Work + Security Customer Success Unit at Microsoft. Since joining Microsoft in May 2014, Andrew has led multiple teams, including Cloud Solution Architects and Customer Success Managers, to help clients maximize their investments in M365 and Azure Security. Previous roles at Microsoft include Director of Cloud Solution Architecture and Director of Customer Success Management within Health and Life Sciences. Andrew began their career at Avanade as a Senior Consultant focusing on Dynamics AX. Andrew holds a Master of Business Administration from Willamette University and a Bachelor’s degree in History from the same institution.
