Amrita Chouhan is a Cloud Solution Architect specializing in M365 Copilot at Microsoft since March 2021, where responsibilities include designing solutions and providing best practice guidance to optimize Microsoft 365 environments. Previously, Chouhan served as a Customer Success Manager focusing on Microsoft Teams and employee experience, and as a FastTrack Targeting Manager fostering customer relationships for the adoption of Microsoft 365 products. With prior experience at Brambles spanning from June 2014 to March 2021 in various IT relationship management roles, Amrita was instrumental in aligning IT with business objectives and enhancing user adoption of collaboration technologies. Early career roles include a Retail Store Associate at Vodafone and a Junior Integration Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent. Amrita holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information and Communications Technology from the University of Technology Sydney.
