Sudharshan Vazhkudai is a Fellow in Systems Design Engineering at Micron Technology, where responsibilities include shaping the memory product hierarchy through enhanced understanding of data center system architectures since August 2020. Previously, Sudharshan served as Director of System Architecture and Workload Analytics at Micron, focusing on data center workloads to improve deep-memory and storage products, contributing to notable product launches in high-capacity DIMMs, CXL, and HBM3e memory. Prior experience includes roles at Oak Ridge National Laboratory from 2003 to 2020, including Director of Scalable Data Infrastructure for Science and various distinguished research positions, and Argonne National Laboratory as a Givens Fellow. Sudharshan holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Mississippi and a B.E. in Computer Science from Karnatak University.
