Stephanie Tan is a Senior Recruiter at Micron Technology, where responsibilities include managing the recruiting process for Singapore sites, direct sourcing of talent, and implementing recruitment strategies. Since October 2010, Stephanie has developed partnerships with stakeholders, anticipated future talent needs, and improved recruitment processes. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Singapore University of Social Sciences and studied at Singapore Polytechnic from 1986 to 1989.
