Nicole Byfield is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Micron Technology since June 2005, serving as Senior Manager Performance Management and previously as Performance Management Specialist and Administrative Assistant. In the role of Senior Manager, Nicole influences program direction and maintains support through engagement with senior leaders. As a Performance Management Specialist, Nicole drove the Incentive Pay Plan process and coordinated Performance Planning and Appraisal execution in collaboration with global teams. Prior to Micron, Nicole worked at ECPI College of Technology from November 2003 to June 2005 as an Administrative Assistant and Student Assistance Coordinator, providing essential administrative and record management support. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Strayer University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in IT/Business Applications from ECPI University.
