Alice Ji is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in demand and production planning. Currently serving as Planning Lead at Micron Technology since February 2017, Alice has implemented Lean Planning processes to enhance delivery service levels and has led regional customer demand review meetings to anticipate and address customer needs. Prior to this role, Alice spent over a decade at Advantest, initially as a Senior Product Engineer, then progressing to Staff Demand Planner and Staff Production Planner, where responsibilities included managing scheduling, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and resolving material shortages. Alice holds a Master's degree in Circuit and System from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Bachelor's degree in Electric Engineering from Zhejiang University.
