Richa Saxena has work experience in various in-house roles in legal and compliance. Richa is currently working at Microland Limited as part of Risk and Compliance team, where she is responsible for reviewing contracts for APAC, EMEA, and the US region. Previously, she worked as an of counsel for Bombay Law Chambers and as Legal Manager at Acko General Insurance Limited. Prior to her stint at Acko, Richa worked with Ernst and Young, GDS legal team and Cognizant in teams supporting clients in legal managed services. Prior to this, Richa worked for Credit Suisse and ICICI Bank in the banking sector.

Richa Saxena graduated from National Law Insititute University and later pursued her master's degree from London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
