Ina Joubert currently serves as the National People and Culture Manager at Microhire since June 2023. Previously, Ina held the position of HR Manager at CSS Credit Solutions Services (Pty) Limited/Brooks & Luyt from October 2016 to February 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing HR operations, recruitment, employee development, and performance management. Ina's earlier experience includes roles as an HR Generalist at Brooks & Luyt Inc/CSS Credit Solutions Services and as an HR Assistant at Macmillan. Ina holds a Marketing Diploma from Boston Business College, earned between 1997 and 2002.
