Conrad Etchi has a diverse work experience in various roles within the basketball industry. Conrad is currently serving as the Program Director at Swarm Basketball since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Jr. Project Analyst at MicroHealth starting from February 2021. Conrad also gained experience as the Head JV Basketball Coach at Albert Einstein High School from November 2021 to February 2022.

Conrad's professional basketball career includes playing as a Professional Basketball Player for FIBA from March 2017 to September 2021. Additionally, they have worked as an Assistant Director at Montgomery County Recreation from July 2019 to March 2020. Conrad also played basketball for Dallas Skyline Basketball Club in January and February 2020.

Conrad began their basketball career as a Basketball Player with Dubbo Rams from February 2017 to August 2018. Overall, their work experience demonstrates a strong background and passion for basketball in various capacities.
