Joe Trefz currently serves as the Regional Director of Business Development at MicroGenDX since November 2021, focusing on driving C-level adoption of testing services within Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and expanding services into critical sectors. Previously, Trefz held positions at Grifols USA, LLC as Regional Corporate Accounts Manager and Field Sales Training Manager, achieving substantial market share growth. At Sysmex America, Inc., Trefz cultivated strategic relationships and secured contracts within healthcare networks, while earlier roles at Beckman Coulter and Abbott further established expertise in capital equipment and sales strategies across various medical sectors. Trefz is an alumnus of San Diego State University.
