Farnoosh Talaei is a Senior DSP Engineer at Microchip Technology Inc., starting in January 2022, with a prior role as a Signal Processing Engineer at BLUVEC TECHNOLOGIES INC. from June 2018 to January 2022, focusing on the design and implementation of advanced Anti-Drone systems for wireless security products. Previously, Farnoosh worked as a Research Assistant and Teacher Assistant at the University of Victoria from January 2013 to December 2017, specializing in wireless channel estimation and prediction for MIMO communication systems, and was also involved in designing telecommunications laboratory exercises. Earlier experience includes a position as an Electrical Engineer at the Information and Communication Technology Institute, where the focus was on radar signal processing and analysis for detecting targets in passive radars. Farnoosh Talaei holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering-Communication Systems from the University of Victoria and both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering-Communication Systems from Isfahan University of Technology.
