Siyabonga Trust Mashiloane currently serves as a Hygiene Inspector at Microchem Laboratory since February 2023, and has also been employed as a Sales Assistant. Prior experience includes a role as a Food Technologist Graduate at Sea Harvest Group Ltd from March 2021 to July 2021, where responsibilities encompassed NAV, artwork review, sensory evaluation, specifications review, product trial testing, and report writing. Additionally, Siyabonga completed a food technologist internship at South Bakels and Symrise from July 2018 to June 2019, focusing on flavor applications, profiling, compounding, analytical calibrations, and adherence to GMP and GLP standards. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Diploma in Food Science and Technology from the University of Johannesburg (February 2020 - December 2020) and a National Diploma in Food Science and Technology from the same institution (2015 - 2019).
