John Niemi has held the role of Plant Manager at Nortech Systems, Inc. from March 2009 to October 2016. John then moved on to become the Director of Operations at Microbiologics, Inc. in October 2016.

John Niemi earned their Bachelor's Degree from St. Cloud State University between 1984 and 1987. In addition, they obtained certifications in the Executive Forum and Leadership Forum from the Anderson Center in 2020 and 2018, respectively.
