Jon Bates is currently the Process Engineering Lead at Micro-X Ltd, an award winning ASX listed x-ray technology company. Prior to this role, Jon held positions such as Operations Manager at Levett Engineering Pty. Ltd., Manufacturing Manager at Somark Innovations, Operations Manager - South Australia at Flexiglass, as well as Project Engineer at Manufacturing Focus Pty Ltd. Jon's experience also includes working as a Lean Design/Process Improvement Engineer at JCB Excavators Ltd. Jon's educational background includes attending Leek High School in the UK from 1977 to 1982.
