Jim McCann has over 40 years of experience in the technology industry. Jim began their career in 1976 as a Computer Center Manager and Radio Shack Manager at Tandy Corporation. During their time there, they won numerous awards, including being named one of the top 10 in the country. In 1985, they moved to Micro Force - Velosio, where they served as a Sales Account Executive and Business Software Analyst. At Micro Force - Velosio, they specialized in serving vertical markets, including consumer and industrial goods distribution, food & beverage distribution, ecommerce, manufacturing, not for profits, professional service companies and state & local government agencies. Jim also serviced labor unions with a fully integrated LM2 solution for Dynamics GP.

Jim McCann obtained a Civil Engineering Engineer's Degree from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art between 1972 and 1977. In 2012, they additionally obtained a Dynamics Sales Professional certification from Microsoft Dynamics GP Financials.
