Karina R. Jensen is a Full Professor at UM6P - Africa Business School specializing in OB, Leadership, and Innovation. Karina R. is also the Founder and President of MICollaboratory, a non-profit organization focusing on accelerating youth entrepreneurship for social impact. Additionally, Karina is the Founder and Executive Director of Global Minds Network, an international advisory network promoting global innovation and multicultural collaboration. In the past, Karina R. served as a Professor of Practice at NEOMA Business School, focusing on global innovation and leadership. Karina holds a PhD in International Management from ESCP Business School, an MBA from École des Ponts Business School, and a BA in Public Relations from San Jose State University.
