Tawnya S. is a dedicated leader with extensive experience in community engagement and support for veterans and their families. As the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Together For The Good Inc. since April 2018, Tawnya focuses on addressing the invisible wounds of war. Tawnya also serves as a Community Representative for the White House, engaging with faith-based and nonprofit organizations. Involvement in various organizations includes being a member of the Leadership Council for the National Small Business Association, a Community Partner with Michigan State University and Michigan Works! Southwest, and an Ambassador for the Objective Zero Foundation, which aims to enhance mental health resources for the military community. Additionally, Tawnya founded #Sistercheck, a global support network for women, and previously held the role of Global HR Officer at Women Empowered Global. Tawnya's educational background includes degrees in Family Practice Nursing, Cosmetology, and ongoing studies in Non-Profit/Public Organizational Management.
