Ashley O'Steen is an executive leader and organizational development professional with expertise in driving strategic effectiveness and fostering strong cultures. With a history of building high-performing teams in diverse environments, Ashley has served as the Chief of Staff at Michigan United and held various coaching roles at Ann Arbor Huron High School, Allegheny College, and Adrian College. Previously, Ashley was the Director of Operations & Organizational Development at Balance Massage Therapy Ann Arbor. Ashley earned a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Thiel College.
