Michael Carter is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the lottery and equipment industries. Currently serving as a District Sales Representative at Michigan Lottery since August 2003, Michael has achieved the highest growth in instant ticket sales statewide by promoting compliance with State standards among accounts. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Sales Representative at Glenn Bennett Corporation from November 1989 to March 2003, operating on a 100% commission basis. Michael's sales career began at Alexander Engineering Co. from 1982 to 1989, specializing in gas and electric heat treating equipment. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Eastern Michigan University, where education was pursued from 1979 to 1982.
