RJ Stefl has a diverse background in operations and customer service, currently serving as an Operations Specialist at Michigan Language Assessment since May 2016, also holding the position of Customer Service Associate. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Operations at Camp Birkett with the Ann Arbor YMCA and as an After Kindergarten/After School Child Care Assistant Teacher. RJ also worked as an Assistant Tour Manager at Beyond Blue Productions and completed a Media Relations and Marketing Internship with the USA Hockey National Team Development Program. Educationally, RJ holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Management from the University of Michigan, earned between 2006 and 2010.
