Jason Sheffer, MBA, currently serves as Program Leader for Modernizing Workforce Capabilities at Dow, focusing on cultivating a continuous learning culture and enhancing employee learning experiences. In addition, Jason has experience as a basketball referee with the Michigan High School Athletic Association and is a business owner of both Great Lakes Midlands Properties, LLC and Great Lakes Bay Management. Previously, Jason held various leadership roles in learning and development at Henry Ford Health and MidMichigan Health, where responsibilities included implementing training strategies and managing organizational development. Jason holds an MBA from Northwood University and a Bachelor's degree in Health Administration and Community Health Leadership from Central Michigan University.
