Karen MacDonald is a Director in Information Technology at General Motors in the Connected Vehicle Mobility organization. Karen leads the Dev Ops, Middleware, Release and Test organizations, she ensures that the production operations for the connected vehicle is continuously available. Under her leadership, the quality improved and the quantity of new features and product enhancements doubled while the production stability improved by over 90%. Karen is also responsible for two SAFe Agile Release Trains that enhances Emergency Services and Simplifies the Subscriber Purchasing Experience.
