Carmen Holthaus is a partner in Ernst & Young’s Assurance Services practice. Before moving to Detroit in December 2017, Carmen spent over a decade serving clients in Silicon Valley where she advised leading global technology companies in software, SaaS, cloud computing, consumer electronics, data networking and social media spaces. Currently she advises both automotive and technology companies and specializes in the cross-section of those industries. Her extensive experience includes taking companies public through the IPO process, public and private debt offerings, equity raises, and business combinations. Carmen works closely with companies as they embed new technologies into their products and business models, including start-ups and Fortune 50 companies.
