Paulo Caridade is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in geographic information systems and technological innovation. Currently serving as the Head of Strategic Partnerships at RoadBotics since February 2019, Paulo is focused on leveraging artificial intelligence for data-driven decision-making in infrastructure. As the Co-Founder and CTO of SPACE LAYER TECHNOLOGIES, Paulo has developed multiplatform solutions for real-time alerts, while also contributing to urban sensor observation initiatives with Building Global Innovators. With a successful entrepreneurial track record as Founder and CEO of PRIMELAYER, Paulo has established a reputation for implementing geographic information systems in open source settings for diverse applications. Additionally, Paulo has served as a mentor at various organizations, including The Navigator Company and Santander España, and has held academic roles, teaching geographic information systems at the Instituto Técnico Artístico e Profissional de Coimbra and coordinating projects at the University of Coimbra.
