Emily Feenstra serves as the Director of Government Affairs at Michelin Mobility Intelligence since November 2023. Prior to this role, Emily held various positions at the American Society of Civil Engineers from September 2017 to November 2023, including Chief Policy and External Affairs Officer and Managing Director of Government Relations and Infrastructure Initiatives. Additional experience includes serving as Deputy Director at the US Water Alliance, Director of Infrastructure Initiatives and Public Affairs at the American Society of Civil Engineers, Director of Communications at the Intelligent Transportation Society of America, Research Associate at the Washington State Transportation Center, Associate/Project Manager at EnviroIssues, and Junior Associate at Burness Communications. Emily earned a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Washington and a BA in Public Policy Studies from Duke University.
